What to Expect
Once your commission request form is received, I will follow up with you at the email address provided to ask any follow up questions and to obtain the photo reference files to work from. Please allow 24-48 hours for follow up.
When the details of the work have been finalized, I will send you the necessary information to send payment via either Venmo or PayPal.
PLEASE NOTE: Work on the commission will begin once payment is finalized.
The cost of shipping is included for all orders over $100 within the US. For orders below $100, I will calculate shipping costs for you before finalizing the payment.
Please allow 2 weeks for the work to be completed.
Before mailing the completed portrait, I will send one artist’s proof for you to review & provide any final feedback.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment once it has been sent.

Image Use Terms & Conditions:
The portrait recipient will have full rights to use and distribute their portrait for personal use physically and digitally.
Personal use is defined as any private or public non-commercial display in which the image is not being used for profit or promotion of any individual or organization other than the artist.
Use of the images for personal social media, family albums, physical home or office display are all considered personal use.
Any commercial use of the image will be subject to entering into a licensing agreement with the artist.
Commercial use is defined as any display, reproduction or other representation of the image, physical or digital, used in a way that generates money, promotes any commercial, political or public interest, or any display of the image that can be linked to financial/professional gain for any individual or organization other than the artist.
The artist retains copyright to the image with the ability to publish and reproduce both physically and digitally unless a specific agreement is otherwise made between the recipient and the artist .
