Welcome to my online shop! As an independent artist working on my own, I am so pleased to have found a way to share my work with people who want it to decorate their walls or add some variety to their daily lives. I will be completely up-front and acknowledge that I’m learning e-commerce as I go, and this is a one-person operation, so I thank you in advance for your understanding if we hit any snags.
Order Fulfillment
Please allow 2 business days for order processing and packaging. My goal is to get these out to you as quickly as possible. If any unexpected delays come up, I will do my best to notify you as soon as possible at the email address you have provided in your order, so please make sure to provide an email address that you check frequently. I promise that you won’t be added to any email lists or sent messages about anything else other than your order in progress.
USPS Shipping Service Alert
The United States Postal Service is currently facing unprecedented challenges due to under funding, COVID-19 and sabotage from the current administration. At this point, I cannot predict how these challenges will affect shipments in the future. Please be patient with shipments, as they may be held up in the mail. Shipping insurance claims and lost packages protocols will be in line with USPS policy at the time of shipment. This shop will not be held responsible for shipping delays.
Please note that the United States Postal Service is under a lot of strain right now, so your package may take an additional 2-3 days to reach you beyond the regular shipping times. A domestic package is not considered "lost" until 15 business days after the day it was shipped.
Privacy
The information you provide in your order will be solely used for order fulfillment. You will not be added to any email lists and your information will not be shared with any 3rd parties. You will only be contacted in regard to an open order with tracking number updates or if any unexpected issues arise that may cause a delay in your shipment.
Shipping
Domestic shipments are shipped USPS priority or First Class depending on the option you select.
A domestic package is not considered "lost" until 15 business days after the day it was shipped.
If you wish to ship to an address outside of the United States, please contact me.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items shipped successfully in good condition.
No replacements will be made if the item is "marked delivered" by the postal service at the address you provided.
If your purchase arrives damaged, please immediately photograph it and contact me.
No replacements will be made 60 days after the ship date.
PLEASE NOTE: You order will be shipped to the address as entered at the time of the order. If you discover that you have made an error in the address you have provided, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know so I can do my best to manually update the address before a label is created.
Refunds/
Replacements
Refunds or replacements will be offered in the event that your items are damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. If your items arrived damaged, please photograph the items and the packaging and contact me at your earliest convenience.
No refunds or replacements will be made 60 days after the ship date.
Due to sales and local tax laws in Manhattan, NY where I am located, 8.875% sales tax will be applied to all orders with a shipping address in the state of New York. All orders shipped outside of New York will not be charged sales tax.
